Agency platform with billing and affiliates

What it is

Clients pick a service, pay with a card and follow the work from their own portal. Affiliates refer business and earn commissions that stay tracked for thirty days. The agency runs clients, payments, reports, invoices and coupons from one admin panel.

This one is live. Stripe payments are real. The first invoices went out through code that had to be right the first time.

Under the hood

• Live Stripe checkout with a coupon system, custom invoice generation and webhook handling for subscriptions and refunds.
• Affiliate tracking: a 30-day referral cookie, a referral record per signup and a commission ledger that pays on resolution.
• 21 Livewire admin components covering clients, payments, reports, requests, coupons, affiliates, commissions and services.
• A user:manage artisan CLI for account administration from the terminal, used for real ops work.
• 540 Blade views over 28 migrations. Transactional and nurture email through ElasticEmail.

What was hard

The money paths. Checkout sessions that expire, refunds that arrive after a report has already been generated, a commission that has to hold its attribution for thirty days. Most of the engineering went into making those flows boring. The admin panel was the fun part: 21 components, each one shaped by an actual task the agency does every week.
